    By submitting this application, I (or I, as the parent/legal guardian of a participant under 14) consent to:

    1. Data Collection & Purpose
    The organizers process the following data:
    Participant’s data: Name, surname, Email, Phone, DoB, instrument, nomination, program details, teacher/accompanist contacts.
    Parent’s data (if under 14): Name, email, phone.
    Payment confirmation: Transaction receipt.
    Media: Photos/videos from the festival.

    2 Purposes:
    Administer participation (scheduling, category assignment).
    Publish participant/winner lists on the website (all editions).
    Verify age eligibility.
    Promote the festival via photos/videos on social media, websites.

    3. Data Sharing
    Your data may be shared with:
    Payment processors (e.g., PayPal).
    Photographers/videographers.
    Web hosting/mail providers.

    4. Retention Period
    Personal data: 3 years after last participation.
    Media content: Published indefinitely; removal requests apply only to future use.
